To ask the Minister of Health for an update on plans to develop and grow the facilities available at Knockbracken Healthcare Park, South Belfast.

Answer:

Ownership of the Knockbracken Healthcare Park is split between Belfast Trust and the Department of Health.

Belfast Trust has confirmed that there are no major plans to develop its portion of the site and there is no health development planned on any lands owned by the Department of Health at this site.
