Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance for an update on her Department's plans for the future use of Marlborough House, Craigavon.

Answer:

Marlborough House is significantly beyond the capacity needed by the Civil Service in Craigavon and is among our worst performing buildings in terms of energy efficiency.

The Department of Finance therefore intends to vacate the property in the next 18 months and commence the appropriate disposal process.

My officials are currently exploring options to source suitable, efficient and modern accommodation for civil servants working in the area.
