To ask the Minister for Communities (i) for an update on the transfer of Shared Housing from the Executive Office to the Housing Executive; and (ii) whether any changes to programme priorities will happen as a result of the transfer.

Answer:

I can confirm that the transfer of the Shared Housing Programme to the Housing Executive completed on 01st February 2024, and that there will be no changes to the programme priorities as a result of the transfer
