Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for an update on the delivery of a National Football Training Centre, as envisaged by the Sub-Regional Stadia Programme for Soccer.

Answer:

I share the frustration of many that a National Training Centre has not been progressed and my officials are working closely with the Irish FA to take forward its development. I look forward to receiving a business case for a National Training Centre from the Irish FA, which demonstrates deliverable benefits and value for money. I will then be able to consider proposals for funding the project.
