To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister when they will provide (i) a response; and (ii) an action plan to the independent report of the High Street Task Force, Delivering a 21st Century High Street, published in March 2022.

Answer:

The High Streets Taskforce’s report ‘Delivering a 21st Century High Street’ was presented to former Junior Ministers in March 2022 and includes recommendations that will be of interest to a number of Departments.

It will now be for Executive colleagues to decide how they wish to take forward any findings that may touch upon their own responsibilities.
