Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities what advice his Department provides to local councils in order for them to maximise the amount of money they can raise from buildings such as town halls and civic buildings.

Answer:

My Department does not provide advice to Councils in order for them to maximise the amount of money they can raise from buildings such as town halls and civic buildings. The raising of money from council buildings is an operational matter for District Councils.
