Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether he will address the ongoing traffic flow issues at Sandford Avenue leading onto Old Belfast Road, Larne.

Answer:

The proposed road linkage between Sandford Avenue and Old Belfast Road is subject to a Private Streets Determination, so responsibility for its completion rests with the developer.

Although this link road has yet to be completed, officials have reviewed traffic movements and flows in the area and are content that it is operating satisfactorily.
