To ask the Minister for Communities to provide a copy of his instruction to officials, setting out his approach to refer Members asking Assembly Written Questions about the Northern Ireland Housing Executive directly to that body for an answer.

Further to comments made by the Speaker on 12 March 2024 I have been seeking information requested by Members from the NI Housing Executive and passing this on to Members. My officials have been instructed accordingly.
