To ask the Minister for Communities to provide any equality screening assessments carried out regarding the decision not to proceed with an extension to the legislation that allowed for hybrid meeting arrangements for local government.

Answer:

An equality impact screening exercise was not conducted prior to my decision not to extend the legislation allowing for remote/hybrid meeting arrangements for councils.
