To ask the Minister of Education for an update on work being undertaken to prepare a report on the operation of the Children’s Services Co-Operation Act (Northern Ireland) 2015, pursuant to Section 5(1) of the Act.

Answer:

The first report on the operation of the Children’s Services Co-Operation Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 has been prepared. It will be submitted for consideration by the Executive in due course.
