Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure what actions his Department will take to ensure the completion of the new Bashford Park spine road, Carrickfergus.

Answer:

Responsibility for the construction and completion of the new Bashford Park Spine Road Carrickfergus rests with the developers of the adjacent land. Governance for these works comes under planning permissions granted from Mid and East Antrim Borough Council. My Department will ensure proper application and adherence to the street planning functions within the Private Streets Order which apply to the Bashford Park Spine Road.
