To ask the Minister for Communities, following comments by the Speaker at the conclusion of Question Time on 12 March 2024, whether he will supply the information requested in AQW 6596/22-27.

This issue is an operational matter for the Housing Executive. I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows. “The Housing Executive’s Ards & North Down Area Office boundary is coterminous with the Ards & North Down Local Government District, with premises in both Newtownards and Bangor. There were 79 Housing Executive tenanted properties purchased under the House Sales Scheme within this LGD in the last 3 years, broken down as follows: NIHE tenanted properties sold under the House Sales Scheme | Financial Year | Bangor | Newtownards | Ards & North Down LGD | 2021/22 | 14 | 11 | 25 | 2022/23 | 11 | 23 | 34 | 2023/24 | 10 | 10 | 20” |
