To ask the Minister for Communities, following comments by the Speaker at the conclusion of Question Time on 12 March 2024, whether he will supply the information requested in AQW 6991/22-27.

Answer:

This issue is an operational matter for the Housing Executive.

I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows:

“The tables below set out our planned maintenance and improvement schemes for our housing stock in the North Down constituency area for 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27. It should be noted that while all of these schemes will include locations and properties that are in the constituency, some of the schemes may also include locations and properties that are not.

Delivery of these schemes as indicated is subject to funding, scheme development and approvals being secured in line with anticipated timescales, and delivery contracts being available.
