Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for his assessment of the Northern Ireland Audit Office Report on Child Poverty in Northern Ireland, published on 12 March 2024.

Answer:

My Department is currently considering the NIAO’s recent review of the Executive’s Child Poverty Strategy.

As the Child Poverty Strategy was an Executive Strategy, there will be considerations for all departments, and I will make sure to raise relevant issues with my Ministerial colleagues.
