Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail (i) how much funding will be provided to the Housing Executive to support Shared Housing in 2024-25; and (ii) how many new start homes this will equate to.

Answer:

It will be for the Executive to decide on the level of funding allocated to each NI Department. However, I will seek to maximise the funding allocated to my Department through my engagement in the 2024-25 Budget Process.

My Department has an annual delivery target of 200 shared social units per year.
