To ask the Minister for the Economy how many fines have been issued for the unlawful renting of short-term let tourist accommodation, under the Tourism (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 since 2019, broken down by constituency.

Since 2019, one fine has been issued by Tourism NI for the unlawful renting of short-term let tourist accommodation under the Tourism (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.

This property was in the North Down constituency area.
