To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 5438/22-27, (i) whether the Scoping Study Report has been received by his Department; and (ii) what consideration he has given to sharing this report with MLAs.

Answer:

The final Scoping Study Report has not yet been provided to my Department. RSM UK await some remaining key inputs that are essential to ensuring it provides all the information necessary to develop a costed implementation plan. When I have had sight of the completed report, I will make a decision on its dissemination.
