To ask the Minister of Finance what action her Department is taking to ensure that shared office spaces in NICS buildings have adequate air ventilation.

Answer:

My Department uses a Property Management Framework to ensure that all mechanical ventilation installations within the NICS office estate are appropriately maintained to the industry standard for building maintenance (SFG20).

Advice on checking air quality using CO2 detectors has been provided to building premises teams and any concerns arising regarding air quality can be raised with DoF Properties Division for consideration.
