Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure when construction of the B101 North Lisburn Feeder Road from Thaxton, Lisburn, will commence.

Answer:

The North Lisburn Feeder Road, is a developer led scheme.

My officials are working with the developer, the North Lisburn Development Consortium, through an Article 122 Agreement to acquire the final piece of land required to complete the scheme, through the vesting process.

Only when the land is vested, which could take up to a year to complete, can construction begin. I cannot therefore put a definitive time on commencement.
