Question:
To ask the Minister of Health how Health and Social Care Trusts are ensuring more staff are on site at each Emergency Department when the roll-out of the Encompass programme begins in the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust in June.

Answer:

The encompass programme deployment plans provide for significant support for Trust staff during the period of a Go-Live with specially trained Super Users and Floor Walkers available on Trust sites, and technical staff from Epic and encompass providing off-site support on a 24/7 basis during that period.
