To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 8804/22-27, whether he intends to recommend that the Executive publishes a response to the Concluding Observations, as done by the Scottish government.

Answer:

My officials will be commissioning an assessment of the Concluding Observations in the coming weeks and aim to complete it over the summer. The initial stage will involve inputs from departments. Decisions regarding publication will be for the Executive to consider in due course.
