Question:
To ask the Minister of Education whether he has been engaging with children and young people in relation to changes to school uniform grants.

Answer:

I plan to launch a public consultation exercise on the review of school uniform policy in June and this will include aspects of the uniform grant policy. This consultation will involve targeted engagement with children and young people and their parents in order to seek their input on this important area of policy work.
