To ask the Minister of Education to detail the actions his Department has taken to deliver on each statutory provision of the Integrated Education Act (Northern Ireland) 2022.

Answer:

As required by legislation, the Department published the Section 10 Report on Integrated Education on 26 April 2024. The report provides details on the work my Department is undertaking to implement the Act. It evaluates the performance of the Department and other education bodies in respect of integrated education, as well as the levels of demand for and supply of integrated education.

The report also identifies successes and challenges in respect of the provision of integrated education and assesses the extent to which the purpose of integrated education has been achieved.
