To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 6695/22-27, to detail the workstreams that have been established to take forward the recommendations outlined in the Landscape Review of Education Authority.

Seven project workstreams have been established to take forward the recommendations. They are:

Clarity on Role and Function of EA

Service Delivery Model for all EA functions and services (including alternative models)

EA Performance, Data and Governance

End-to-End Reviews (including Special Educational Needs, School Improvement Services and Human Resources support services)

EA People

EA Culture, Communication and Engagement

EA Partnership Agreement
