Question:
To ask the Minister of Education to detail the number of schools that have been required to repurpose (i) libraries; and (ii) computer rooms to facilitate the creation of additional classroom space in the last five years.

Answer:

My Department does not hold this information. Although some minor work schemes involve the formal reconfiguration or repurposing of internal space to provide additional teaching space, schools can, and have also informally repurposed internal space to provide additional classroom space.
