To ask the Assembly Commission for its assessment of the affordability of the provision of catering for voluntary and charity groups visiting Parliament Buildings.

Answer:

When providing catering services for voluntary and charity groups, the event organiser, during the planning of their event, discusses their requirements and associated budget with our contractor’s representative on site at Parliament Buildings. Typically, catering is then provided within the budget envelope.
