To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail the budget available for a memorial to the victims and survivors of Historical Institutional Abuse.

Answer:

We will soon be meeting with victims and survivors’ representative groups to hear their views on an HIA memorial. Once the proposals of victims and survivors have been considered, we will have a clearer idea of the budget required to provide a suitable memorial.
