To ask the Minister for Communities how his Department is supporting local cultural initiatives in South Antrim.

Answer:

My Department supports local cultural initiatives in South Antrim through the provision of funding and support for cultural programmes. This is normally distributed via my Department’s Arms Lengths Bodies such as the Arts Council, the Language Bodies, Museums, Libraries, and also in partnerships with, for example, local councils.
