To ask the Minister of Education (i) whether the first report on the operation of the Children’s Services Co-operation Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 has been presented to the Executive for consideration; and (ii) when this report will be ready for publication.

Answer:

The first report on the operation of the Children’s Services Co-operation Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 has not yet been presented to the Executive. Publication will be a matter for the Executive to consider in due course.
