Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether any functions of his Department are not currently operating as a consequence of the general election campaign.

Answer:

All functions of my Department are continuing to operate ahead of the General Election on 4 July 2024. However, in continuing to carry out those functions, officials will have regard during the formal pre-election period to the “Guidance On Conduct For Civil Servants And Special Advisers In The Northern Ireland Devolved Administration” which was issued by The Executive Office in May 2024.
