To ask the Minister for Infrastructure when the procurement exercise for the Crumlin Road Gaol Visitor and Conference Centre is (i) commencing; and (ii) concluding.

Answer:

The procurement for the new Operator for the Gaol Visitor Attraction and Conference Centre is being taken forward by Construction and Procurement Delivery CPD and commenced in February 2024 with a Pre-Market Engagement exercise. The work is ongoing, and it is expected to be complete later this year
