Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister, pursuant to AQW 5569/22-27, for an update on work being undertaken to develop a new Racial Equality Strategy.

Answer:

Officials are preparing a submission, for our consideration, of the final report of the independent review of progress on the implementation of the Racial Equality Strategy 2015-2025, which will support our deliberation on the strategic approach to racial equality post 2025.

It is our intention that further engagement and close collaboration with the wider minority ethnic sector will inform this work.
