To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 8024/22-27, for an update on the review of Schemes of Management.

Answer:

The review of Schemes of Management is progressing. Officials are taking forward a review of the Model Scheme for Voluntary Grammar and Granted Maintained Integrated schools. Officials are also working with the Education Authority which is taking forward a review of the Scheme for Controlled schools. CCMS is taking forward a review of the Scheme for Catholic Maintained schools. It is expected all elements of the review will progress throughout 2024 and into 2025.
