Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to provide an update on when the final version of the All-Island Strategic Rail Review will be published.

Answer:

Since the public consultation closed in September last year work has been ongoing to consider the outcomes of the consultation and finalise the Review.

I expect to receive the final Review for my approval in the coming weeks, after which, the Review will be shared with my Executive colleagues.

My officials are currently engaging with their colleagues in the Department of Transport regarding the processes and timeframes for agreement of the Review by the Irish Government and to agree a date for its publication.

It is anticipated the final Review will be published in the summer.
