Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities whether he will (i) have the updated Concordat agreement signed by all Executive Ministers; and (ii) ensure that it is circulated to all Departments.

Answer:

The Joint Forum between Government and the Voluntary and Community Sector has been working together to develop a draft Partnership Agreement which will renew the commitments in the 2011 Concordat and support the relationship between the sectors. This draft is currently being finalised.

An updated agreement between Government and the Voluntary and Community Sector will need to be endorsed by all Executive Ministers and embedded across all departments and local government.
