Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the number of days that wastewater treatment stations have been recorded as being over capacity in each of the last five years.

Answer:

The management of public wastewater infrastructure is an operational matter for NI Water. However, I have sought the requested information from NI Water and have been advised as follows:

NI Water does not record data on the capacity of wastewater treatment works on a daily basis and therefore the information sought is not available.
