To ask the Minister of Education for an update on the publication of the final report from the Transitions Planning workstream as part of the End to End Review of Special Educational Needs.

Answer:

My department is concluding the End to End (E2E) Review of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and intend to publish a summary report on its findings in Autumn 2024, which will include the outworkings of the Transitions Workstream.
