To ask the Minister for Infrastructure for an update on planned works for Glenavy town, South Antrim, to alleviate the impacts of flooding.

Answer:

My Department are progressing a flood alleviation scheme in Glenavy which aims to reduce the impacts of flooding within the Chestnut Glen area. The design is now in progress with anticipated construction commencing within the 24/25 financial year.
