To ask the Minister of Justice whether she has undertaken an assessment of the impact a prisoner early release scheme will have on the aims and objectives of the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Strategic Framework.

Answer:

I am not currently considering a prisoner early release scheme in Northern Ireland and therefore, have not had cause to assess any impact such a scheme may have on the aims and objectives of the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Strategic Framework.
