To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail any guidance they have issued to Departments on meeting the requirements of Recommendation 15 in Chapter 10 of the Hate Crime Review, concerning the removal of expressions of hate.

Answer:

The Executive Office has not issued guidance regarding Recommendation 15 in Chapter 10 of the Hate Crime Review.

The Department of Justice is progressing policy development in relation to the Hate Crime Review and has indicated that recommendation 15 will be included in phase two of the public consultation later in the current mandate.
