To ask the Minister of Education to detail any discussions he has had with the Minister for the Economy in relation to the inclusion of substitute teachers, and other substitute staff working in schools, in the forthcoming Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill.

Answer:

The Minister has asked his officials to consider with the employers the implications of the Bill in relation to supply teachers and any other groups of temporary staff.
