To ask the Minister of Education to detail any discussions he has had with the Minister for the Economy in relation to the impact of the forthcoming Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill on (i) the teaching profession in general; and (ii) substitute teachers.

Answer:

The Minister has asked his officials to consider with the employers of teachers, including supply teachers, the implications of the Bill in relation to supply teachers and any other groups of temporary staff.
