Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for an update on the roll-out of the Fundamental Reform of Allocations scheme, including a timeline for the completion of phase 3 and phase 4 of the project.

Answer:

Work has been ongoing with the Fundamental Review of Allocations. Stage One was implemented on 31 January 2023. I gave approval to Stage Two in June 2024, and my officials are now working with the Housing Executive on the early stages of Stage Three. The fourth and final phase was due to be completed in 2025; however, timelines are currently being reviewed and are subject to available budget.
