To ask the Minister of Health to detail the actions his Department is taking to improve working conditions for staff in radiology.

Answer:

The Department regularly engages and supports collaboration across HSC Trusts on a wide range of workforce and people issues to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality services and to support Trusts in making HSC a rewarding and fulfilling place to work.

HSC Trusts and other Arms Length Bodies are the employers of our HSC workforce and are responsible for maintaining and improving the working conditions of all staff working within HSC.
