To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the input his Department has to the Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill.

Answer:

My Department does not have any input to the Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill.

However, I have agreed in principle with the Minister for Economy, that my officials can use the Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill as a vehicle for progressing Gender Pay Gap reporting in NI. I will make an announcement in due course.
