To ask the Minister for Communities whether the retrofitting of social homes is a key strategic element of his Housing Strategy.

Answer:

Decarbonisation and a just transition to low carbon homes is one of the five key objectives of the Housing Supply Strategy

The Strategy recognises the key role that retrofitting of all existing homes will play in achieving this objective.
