Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the steps he is taking, including a timescale, to (i) speed up the removal of posters expressing racial hatred placed on departmental property; and (ii) improve engagement with the PSNI on this issue.

Answer:
Racism is a scourge in our society, and there can be no tolerance for hatred and discrimination in our communities.
The display of a poster expressing racial hatred is a criminal offence. When a crime has been committed, it is for the police to investigate and to act to resolve matters and I would encourage anyone with information in regards the display of such items to contact the PSNI.
