To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, in light of delays to the North – South Belfast Glider Route, to detail any additional public transport provision he is planning on the Belfast, Cairnshill and Saintfield corridor over the remainder of the 2022-2027 mandate.

Answer:

This issue is an operational matter for Translink. I have sought the requested information and can confirm that Translink continually review service provision across the network to ensure it meets the needs of the public. However, at this time, Translink have no immediate plans to make significant changes to the public transport services on the Belfast, Cairnshill, and Saintfield corridor.
