To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the criteria used to tender for the Rathlin ferry in (i) 2016; (ii) 2022; (iii) 2023; and (iv) 2024.

Answer:

My Department assisted by colleagues from Construction and Procurement Delivery awarded contracts for delivery of Rathlin Island Ferry service in 2016 and 2023. Both of these competitions followed the scope of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
