Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any progress that has been made in relation to the creation of an independent workforce development agency for Northern Ireland.

Answer:

There are no current plans to develop a bespoke workforce development agency for the North of Ireland. However, I will continue to keep current arrangements under review to ensure we have structures that help develop the skills we need.
